At The Galleon you will receive a fee simple deed at an award winning Gold Crown Resort. This not only benefits you, but someday your heirs will enjoy the spectacular views from the resort and all Key West has to offer, along with all the benefits of owning deeded property in Key West.

Receiving a deed also is beneficial in that you control all the costs and decisions about your resort unlike some "Timeshares" (Properties where you don't receive a deed-only a lease for a given period of time).

The first step in selecting a week and unit at our resort will start with you contacting our sales department at 800# below to be sure all your questions have been addressed. Then we will proceed to select what will work for you and match that information with what we have available. Note that we are a resale office and only have inventory if an owner wishes to sell their week.

We also have a few units that are for sale as whole ownership units, that is, you may buy 51 weeks and use it throughout the year.
